About us.

Together we will move mindfully, breathe slowly as we work towards a healthy mind and body.

Our teachers will encourage you to feel into the uniqueness of your body rather than attaining the “perfect posture”.

  • Passionate about health, welleing and community, I love cultivating balance, creativity and vitality in daily life, My flows aim to help you feel connected, energised and centred - whether it be a grounding and uplifting yoga flow or a strengthening and mobilising mat Pilates workout, each peppered with a little yoga therapy here and there.

My love of movement began as a child who loved dance, morphed into team sports, a dabble in hip-hop, running, Pilates, yoga, HIIT and strength training, some of which continued alongside my professional career as a designer and web developer, working in various global travel organisations and not-for-profits. Most recently, life's journey has lead me back to the jay of movement and embracing moments of stillness.

  • My Yoga journey began in my 20s alter having children when I used yoga practices to support my recovery and mental health.

I completed my first training YTT in 2014 training in Hatha and was hooked. I have gone on to train in other styles of yoga including Slow Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Mindfulness meditation.

My teaching focuses on healing practices to soothe the nervous system end includes pranayama, breath based Hatha, Restorative Yoga, Yin and Mindfulness meditation and highlights the importance of nurturing our wellbeing.

I have taught in yoga studios in Bellarat for a number of years and have recently relocated to the coast.

I am a mental health practitioner, art teacher and art therapist and have worked in education programs to support mental health and well being for young people with organisations including Beyond Blue and Smiling Mind. I have conducted wellness workshops and retreats and look forward to offering workshops in art and yoga in the future.

I am grateful to have the opportunity to teach classes at the beautiful Lotus Yoga Studio and look forward to connecting with the yoga community.

  • My yoga practice began as a way to strengthen my body, recover quicker and have more energy for my next outdoor adventure but has grown into so much more. As soon as I began learning about the philosophy behind the practice, I felt like I finally found the language of what in my heart I had always known to be true.

For me yoga to me is much more than making shapes with the body, its connecting body, breath, & mind as a doorway to the place of inner stillness that is always present with us all and allows that part of us to ripple out into other facets of our lives, work, creativity, family, relationships and community connection.

Guiding others on this journey for me is where the real joy as a yoga teacher comes from and something I am grateful for in every class that I teach.

Serenity of breath. Strength of body. Wisdom of mind.

Serenity of breath. Strength of body. Wisdom of mind.
